Patients who recently had any type of surgery should contact e on-call physician before going to the Emergency Department.
It is important to have as much information regarding your condition available when contacting the Medical Bureau/ physician on call.
When did you have surgery or type of problem you are having?
If the matter does not appear to be urgent, the physician may direct the answering service to inform you to contact the office during office hours.
If you are a new/recent surgery patient please be sure to talk to physician on-call before going to the Emergency Department.
