YOA Working With YSU Campus Ministries
October 21, 2010 --Youngstown Orthopaedic Associates is proud to be working with the YSU Campus Ministries "To Russia With Love" program. YOA was introduced several months ago to Rev. Kathryn Adams, who began the "To Russia With Love" program as an outreach ministry service in the former Soviet Union focusing on abandoned children with physical or mental handicaps. After learning about the necessity and prior success of the program, YOA decided to become involved. We will be donating all of the physical therapy services required for Kolya, a 10-year-old Russian born child, to strengthen his lower limbs in preparation for his new prosthesis.
